Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and deliver high‑quality customer service to vehicle owners.
• Handle account and subscription inquiries, including refunds, enrollments, updates, and credential management.
• Assist police with stolen‑vehicle reports following established protocols.
• Support Connected Drive services such as remote unlock, app purchases, mobile‑phone pairing, and account setup.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with colleagues, team leads, and operations managers.
• Perform additional duties related to the role as required.

Required profile
