Customer Service Agent – Insurance

About the role

Monee, a member of Sea Group, is looking for a Customer Service Agent to support its insurance‑related products. You will be the first point of contact for customers with claims or non‑claim inquiries, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement standard customer service and support procedures for claims and non‑claims questions.
• Monitor and report on customer service metrics, suggesting improvements.
• Handle customer requests, investigate complaints, and provide resolutions.
• Clarify issues, determine root causes, and guide customers to the best solution.
• Support quality‑assurance and user‑acceptance testing by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and optimisation of existing and new processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and complaint management.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with contact‑center workflow and systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
