Customer Service Agent – Inside Sales (Night Shift)

About the role
We are seeking a hungry, humble and smart Customer Service Agent to join our night‑shift inside sales team at IBEX Shaw in Mandaluyong. You will contact existing and potential customers by phone, promote home‑service membership plans and handle inbound service inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to promote and sell membership plans.
- Answer inbound calls with a positive, helpful attitude and schedule services.
- Respond to online inquiries and voicemails, providing clear information.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
- Positive attitude, detail‑oriented and willing to learn.
- Sales‑driven mindset and ability to adapt to constant change.
- Comfortable working night shifts on‑site.
