Customer Quality Engineer

About the role

First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring that quality assurance services and final products meet or exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to capture, monitor, and fulfill all customer‑specific requirements.
• Serve as the Direct Responsible Individual (DRI) for assigned customers, acting as the main point of contact.
• Lead and support customer, internal, and quality management audits.
• Handle customer complaints, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality documents such as 8D reports, Control Plans, and FMEA studies.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (any discipline) with at least 2 years of CQE or related experience in electronics/semiconductor.
• Familiarity with customer‑specific requirements and ability to integrate them into internal specifications.
• Experience leading audits and managing quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Project‑management exposure is a plus.
