Customer Experience Associate I – Healthcare Pharmacy

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Customer Experience Associate I to support its Healthcare Pharmacy clients. This entry‑level position involves handling inbound calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience for customers who rely on critical pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess incoming calls and determine whether to resolve immediately, transfer, or schedule follow‑up.
• Identify customer needs by reviewing case notes and applying standard scripts.
• Perform routine call‑center activities related to business products and services while meeting service level agreements.
• Gather required information, update the internal database, and document interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff and explain company policies in a warm, empathetic manner.
• Provide specialized information to customers and comply with all company policies and standards.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
