About the role
Join Globe as a Customer Experience Ambassador, helping customers navigate digital channels through in‑person assistance and education. You will be the frontline representative for sales and service interactions, ensuring smooth transactions and a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in using digital channels via face‑to‑face guidance and education.
- Attend to sales and service needs, approving and processing applications and transactions.
- Process payments for bills, purchases and other transactions.
- Support inventory management and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- 3‑5 years of experience in sales or a customer‑facing role.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and active‑listening abilities.
- Problem‑solving orientation.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Familiarity with online platforms for digital assistance.
