About the role
SolarWinds is seeking a Customer Contract Representative to join its Manila team. You will own the end‑to‑end preparation process that ensures timely and accurate annual billing for multi‑year software subscription agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively contact customers to secure purchase orders for Year 2 and Year 3 billing cycles.
- Communicate billing timelines, contract terms, and documentation requirements clearly.
- Maintain a structured follow‑up cadence to guarantee on‑time PO receipt and address routine billing inquiries.
- Review Salesforce service contracts and billing opportunities, validating pricing, quantities, and schedules.
- Collaborate with Sales or Renewals teams to resolve contract or data discrepancies.
- Ensure all documentation and approvals are complete before order creation and track billing readiness pipelines.
- Flag revenue risks to management and support audit, compliance, and process‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in order management, billing operations, accounts receivable, sales operations, or renewals operations.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience managing direct customer outreach via email and phone.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
