Customer Care Supervisor

About the role

The Customer Care Supervisor leads a team of customer service representatives at Regal Rexnord, ensuring high‑quality support and driving continuous improvement. This hybrid position combines onsite presence at the Pasig office with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily team performance, analyze trends, and implement action plans to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Conduct coaching, mentoring, and documented monitoring sessions, providing feedback and development plans.
• Handle escalations, verify issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records in Oracle CRM and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare reports, manage headcount and attendance, and support recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Four‑year college degree.
• Advanced customer service experience, preferably in Regal’s operations.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑volume, multitasking environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access.
• Email/Outlook and Internet/Intranet for business functions.
• Oracle CRM or similar customer‑profile management tools.
