Customer Care Advocate

About the role

The Customer Care Advocate provides basic customer service and supports sales growth through inside sales activities, account management, and value‑added services for the assigned geographic area. The role operates in a hybrid model, combining onsite work at Regal Rexnord’s Pasig location with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact via verbal, written, fax, email, chat, and phone channels, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
• Enter and process orders, handle inquiries about product design, application, pricing, availability, and terms of sale.
• Offer alternative or suggestive selling, product interchanges, and basic catalog information.
• Manage order maintenance tasks such as cancellations, delays, quantity changes, and return authorizations after analyzing customer situations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer profiles in CRM or central repositories and ensure trade‑compliant order processing.
• Collaborate closely with sales managers, field representatives, engineering, pricing, marketing, credit, e‑commerce, product support, quality, planners, and shipping teams.

Required profile

• Four‑year college degree (technical degree optional).
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Above‑average spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Experience using internet/intranet tools for business functions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for maintaining customer information.
