About the role
The Customer Advisor – New Accounts Officer will support the growth of Security Bank in Cebu by cross‑selling bank products and services and managing a portfolio of new accounts. Working on‑site at the branch, the advisor will interact directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Cross‑sell a range of bank products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Manage an account portfolio to achieve defined sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Report regularly on sales performance and portfolio status.
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure smooth account opening and compliance with bank policies.
