Cross-Platform Mobile Developer Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Cross‑Platform Mobile Developer Lead to drive the design, development and delivery of native Android and iOS applications, with optional React Native integration. The candidate will actively code, mentor the team and ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Write production‑grade code for Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective‑C).
• Lead architecture decisions and define modular design patterns.
• Optimize performance and debugging of React Native components.
• Implement state‑management solutions (Redux, MobX) and bridge native modules.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and release processes.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce Play Store and App Store guidelines.
• Troubleshoot memory leaks, UI lag and other performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and backend teams in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Proven track record of shipping native Android and iOS apps.
• Experience with React Native migration or native module development.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
