Creative Video Editor for Travel & E‑commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Video Editor to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will produce short‑form video content that fuels the community platform The Cruise Globe and the e‑commerce brand The Cruise Maps, helping us grow both audiences and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage, user‑generated content and b‑roll into engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok clips and paid‑social videos.
• Add text overlays, captions, transitions, sound design and colour grading to create polished, platform‑native pieces.
• Craft strong opening hooks, apply speed ramps, jump cuts and other modern editing techniques to maximise viewer retention.
• Repurpose longer‑form material into concise, high‑impact clips across multiple formats.
• Follow briefs, meet tight deadlines and iterate quickly based on performance data.
• Maintain organized file and asset management throughout the production process.

Required profile

• Experience creating short‑form video for social media platforms.
• Ability to deliver consistent, high‑quality edits on time and to brief.
• Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling and hook creation.
• Fast‑learning attitude with a willingness to incorporate feedback.
• Excellent organizational skills for clean asset management.
