Creative Strategist – Paid Advertising for DTC Skincare

About the role

Maison Cosmetics, a fast‑growing DTC skincare brand expanding across DACH and the US, is looking for a Creative Strategist to elevate its paid advertising. You will develop high‑converting ad concepts, write scripts and guide the creative production team while collaborating with media buyers, editors, AI specialists and founders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop direct‑response ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, Google and other paid channels.
• Write compelling hooks, scripts, angles and messaging frameworks.
• Transform customer insights, objections and product benefits into conversion‑focused ads.
• Brief editing and AI production teams with clear creative direction.
• Analyze creative performance, iterate on winning concepts and monitor competitors, customer feedback and market trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC or e‑commerce brands.
• Strong direct‑response copywriting and scripting abilities.
• Good understanding of paid social creatives, especially Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into better ads.
• Ownership mentality and ability to move fast.
