Creative Director

About the role

Nagarro is looking for a Creative Director in Cebu who combines strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise across branding and identity, advertising and marketing, and product concept development. The ideal candidate communicates ideas clearly, works well with internal and external teams, and embraces AI-driven approaches to creative problem-solving and workflow optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for branding, advertising, marketing campaigns and product design.
• Create brand guidelines, style guides and design systems to ensure brand consistency.
• Conceptualize integrated advertising campaigns, promotional collateral and high-impact visual content.
• Lead product design ideation, concept development and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams and lead client brainstorming sessions.
• Apply AI-driven tools to improve creative problem-solving and workflow efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end creative deliverables to quality and on tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in creative design, art direction or a related field, balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
• Strong portfolio covering branding and identity, advertising and marketing, and product concept development.
• Ability to articulate creative concepts and work with internal and external stakeholders, including in client-facing situations.
• Project and time management skills, with a track record of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
• Adaptable, open-minded and committed to continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency in brand guidelines, style guides, design systems, campaign concepts and visual storytelling.
• AI-forward mindset and interest in using AI tools for creativity and workflow.
• Nice to have: 3D modeling/rendering and video editing/post-production.
