Multimedia Artist / Graphic Designer

About the role

Sutherland, an AI, automation, cloud engineering and advanced analytics consultancy, is looking for a creative Multimedia Artist/Graphic Designer. The person will conceptualize, plan and create content to attract a high volume of qualified candidates for various programs and positions, while strengthening the Talent Brand and articulating the Employer Value Proposition through vibrant, creative content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop designs that highlight photos, videos and copy from across Sutherland to celebrate its employees, achievements and organization
• Create content that gives an authentic view of Sutherland and encourages people to like, comment on and share its ideas and collateral
• Advise partners on design style, brand guidelines, format, print production and timescales so content is engaging and polished
• Proofread and review work to keep it accurate, high quality and error free, in line with brand guidelines, approval processes and company standards

Required profile

• Experience as a graphic designer or multimedia artist
• High attention to detail, including copywriting and auditing
• Ability to combine layout and design for print and promotional materials, large-format advertising, digital displays and social media
• Fluency in marketing and social media
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, resourcefulness and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Digital illustration and photo-editing software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects) is an advantage
• Expertise with AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT to create PowerPoint decks and videos is a must
