Creative Coordinator – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Coordinator to keep the creative engine of a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer brand running smoothly. This remote position supports the end‑to‑end production pipeline, from brief to launch, ensuring assets are organized, timelines are met, and stakeholders stay aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and tag the creative asset library, ensuring all agency‑provided files are searchable and up‑to‑date.
• Administer the team’s creative and community platforms, performing routine status updates and issue flagging.
• Build, iterate, and maintain the ClickUp workspace with project structures, templates, and workflows.
• Track project timelines from briefing through launch, keeping product‑launch and campaign schedules visible.
• Coordinate assignments and deadlines for editors and designers, updating tickets and surfacing blockers.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics for photo and video shoots, including model coordination, call‑sheet preparation, and partner communication.
• Source props, costumes, and shoot materials within budget and oversee product sample fulfillment and shipping.
• Route internal invoices, maintain a legal contract tracker, capture meeting notes, and propose simple workflow fixes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in creative project management, marketing coordination or similar operational support roles.
• Strong familiarity with creative‑team workflows and the ability to communicate proactively with editors, designers, and production partners.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for structure, follow‑through and keeping projects on schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp or comparable project‑management platforms.
• Experience managing digital asset libraries.
• Ability to coordinate photo/video shoot logistics and procurement.
• Basic administrative and financial operations such as invoice routing and contract tracking.
