Country Operations Manager – Pharma Experience

About the role

Docquity is seeking a Country Operations Manager with strong pharmaceutical experience to lead its Patient Support Program (PSP) operations in the Philippines. The role will act as the primary liaison for clients, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence across enrolment, patient engagement and adherence monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on PSP delivery, KPIs and compliance monitoring.
• Develop and execute country‑specific operational strategies to control costs.
• Lead PSP performance reviews, prepare dashboards and present operational insights.
• Oversee end‑to‑end PSP operations including enrolment, patient engagement and adherence monitoring.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for DocquityCare operational issues and escalation.
• Create and improve processes, ensuring SOP compliance and high execution standards.
• Supervise DocquityCare teams and subcontractors, managing training and performance.
• Drive resource planning, budgeting and project management for country‑level operations.
• Maintain a robust Pharmacovigilance system, manage ICSR processing, and ensure compliance with PV SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate PV training, handle SOP deviations, CAPA and audit readiness.
• Provide leadership, coaching and training to program managers and operational teams.

Required profile

• Several years of experience managing patient support programs or similar operations in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes, ICSR management and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, supervise subcontractors and drive process improvement.
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning and project management at a country level.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
