Country Division Manager

About the role

The Country Division Manager will lead GEA's Heating & Refrigeration Solutions business in the Philippines, overseeing engineering, project execution, service and commercial teams. The role focuses on building a high‑performance culture, driving customer success and ensuring sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the country organization across engineering, project execution, service and commercial functions.
• Build and strengthen local engineering and service capabilities to support long‑term customer partnerships.
• Develop leadership talent through coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver unified customer solutions.
• Act as primary liaison for the Business Unit leadership, providing market insights and translating global strategy into country‑level plans.
• Ensure project and service delivery meet quality, safety, customer satisfaction and profitability targets.
• Develop executive‑level relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Identify market opportunities and support strategic business development initiatives.
• Manage the division’s budget, resources and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local laws and health‑safety requirements.

• Proven senior leadership experience in industrial or engineering environments.
• Strong track record of building high‑performing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs and financial performance.
