Corporate Trainer – Client-Focused Training

About the role

The Trainer will deliver client‑focused training programs for new hires, product updates, and ongoing skill development at Concentrix. This role ensures that associates are prepared to provide best‑in‑class service across technical, customer service, and sales functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead classroom training sessions, monitor trainee progress, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Design and present training materials using presentations, hands‑on demos, and interactive activities.
• Assess associate trainer performance and recommend improvements under the Training Manager’s guidance.
• Facilitate the transition of trainees to production, ensuring competency meets business needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through calls, meetings, and observations.
• Create instructional content for various delivery methods, including computer‑based training and job aids.
• Measure training effectiveness via surveys, focus groups, and interviews, and adjust curricula accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Two to four years of experience in training, facilitation, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
