Corporate Sales Manager – Brand Partnerships

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will lead brand partnership initiatives for the SM Mall of Asia Arena, driving revenue through strategic sales, client acquisition, and sponsorship management. This role reports to the Senior Manager for Corporate Sales and works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver on sales targets and service commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and monitor brand partnership programs and strategies for the arena.
• Maintain and grow client accounts through effective communication and partnership building.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets aligned with company KPIs.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, generate leads and classify prospects.
• Arrange meetings, deliver sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
• Secure long‑term client relationships, provide ongoing support and recommend service improvements.
• Manage account lifecycle: customize solutions, prepare proposals, close deals, coordinate activities, and oversee billing and collection.
• Create promotional packages and business development proposals for special projects.
• Lead sponsorship acquisition for major events such as Miss Universe, Disney on Ice, and other arena productions.
• Coordinate with internal managers and officers to ensure service delivery and client commitments.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager for Corporate Sales to define strategies that meet sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities.
