Corporate Legal Counsel – Philippines

About the role

Revolve Group, Inc. is seeking a licensed Philippine lawyer with solid in‑house experience to serve as Corporate Counsel for its Philippine subsidiary. Based in Malvar, Batangas, you will act as the primary legal and corporate secretarial resource, reporting to the U.S. General Counsel and working closely with the local Corporate Secretary.

Key responsibilities

• Support Corporate Secretary functions, ensuring timely SEC and BIR filings.
• Draft, review, and revise vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and other routine legal documents.
• Coordinate with external counsel and government agencies for corporate maintenance and compliance.
• Maintain organized legal records, contracts, and corporate documents.
• Monitor Philippine regulatory developments and share insights with the global legal team.
• Assist with annual compliance for PEZA, BOI, and other authorities.
• Collaborate with U.S. legal and business teams to implement local policies.
• Provide internal legal training and support cross‑functional projects as directed.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice law in the Philippines and passed the Bar.
• Significant in‑house corporate legal experience.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of local legal, compliance, and leadership matters.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills for junior team members.
