Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Far East Union Investment & Development Inc. is looking for a highly competent Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support across its diverse operations, including project investment, property management, and hotel development. The role involves ensuring compliance, managing corporate legal matters, and delivering strategic advice to protect the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and revise contracts and other legal documents.
• Manage corporate housekeeping and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Monitor litigation, disputes, and claims, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
• Conduct legal research and advise on legal risks and business decisions.
• Review employment-related matters, company policies, and disciplinary actions.
• Identify legal risks and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies on compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in corporate law, preferably in‑house or law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory laws.
• Experience in contract management, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of ₱90,000 – ₱115,000 per month.
