Corporate Finance Officer – Makati

About the role

The Corporate Finance Officer will provide analytical support to business leaders, evaluating the financial impact of strategic decisions through comprehensive financial modeling and performance analysis. The role is based in Makati and focuses on real‑estate capital markets and investment‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models from scratch or enhance existing ones to incorporate scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and return assessments for investments, transactions and operating businesses.
• Perform in‑depth financial analysis and present insights through written reports and oral presentations.
• Prepare high‑quality presentation materials for Management, the Board of Directors and Investment Committees.
• Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions and relevant developments to support decision‑making.
• Assist in the preparation of corporate finance reports, correspondence and documentation.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals and objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA), Financial Engineering, Financial Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in real‑estate capital markets or investment‑related roles.
• Strong background in deal evaluation, structuring and financial analysis (advantage).
• Preferred certifications: CPA, CFA or CMA designation.
