Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, people‑oriented professional to elevate our team’s English language skills. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will deliver group and one‑on‑one online classes, design weekly lesson plans, and track learner progress while aligning training with HR development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group English language training sessions for employees.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to team needs.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and accent clarity, incorporating relevant tech and CRO terminology.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, communication skills, presentations, and public speaking.
• Assess learner progress, provide evaluations, adapt teaching methods, and deliver weekly progress reports.
• Schedule lessons, maintain reliable session delivery, and collaborate with HR and department heads.
• Work autonomously, taking ownership of planning, reporting, and employee interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with Eastern Europe or Asian learners.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C2‑level or equivalent).
• Independent, accountable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Creative and adaptable teaching style with attention to detail.
• Growth mindset with a desire for continuous self‑development.
