Corporate Development Director

About the role

The Corporate Development Director will lead MedImpact International's strategic growth initiatives from its Cebu hub. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees the entire deal lifecycle, from opportunity sourcing and evaluation to post‑close integration, ensuring alignment with the company’s long‑term strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and new market entry opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities and prepare board‑ready business cases and presentations.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, conduct valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions) and scenario planning.
• Lead due diligence efforts covering market, commercial, financial, legal, and operational aspects.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, legal, and operations teams to negotiate terms and support integration planning.
• Monitor industry trends, refine corporate strategy, and create frameworks to measure performance and returns on strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven corporate development or strategic planning experience in a high‑growth or international environment.
• Advanced finance background with strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.
• Demonstrated analytical and due‑diligence capabilities across multiple transaction dimensions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Significant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting.
• Leadership experience managing projects, timelines, and external advisors in fast‑paced settings.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid setup in Cebu while engaging with regional and international teams.
