Coordinator, Faculty Engagement & CLE Compliance

About the role

The Faculty Operations & CLE Coordinator provides remote administrative support for faculty engagement, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) compliance, and webinar delivery across a national education portfolio. Working closely with the Assistant Director of Faculty Strategy & Engagement, the role ensures that faculty processes, documentation, and virtual learning experiences are organized, accurate, and consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty communications, scheduling, onboarding, travel, reimbursements, and maintain faculty databases.
• Collect and organize faculty materials such as biographies, presentations, headshots, handouts, and AV requests.
• Support CLE administration by preparing applications, attendance records, certificates, and tracking state‑specific compliance requirements.
• Monitor CLE inboxes, respond to participant inquiries, and manage post‑program documentation.
• Oversee webinar and virtual education logistics, including scheduling, faculty support, participant communications, attendance tracking, polling, and follow‑up distribution.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Strong written communication skills for faculty and participant correspondence.
• Experience in administrative coordination within an educational or professional association environment.
• Familiarity with CLE requirements and webinar platforms is preferred.
