Cook – Kitchen Operations (RO)

About the role

The Cook for RO Kitchen Operations is responsible for preparing all menu items in line with company recipes and standards, ensuring consistent flavor, texture, color and aroma. The role supports smooth kitchen flow and meets guest demand throughout service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all dishes, including specialized Panda dishes, following exact recipes and quality standards.
• Execute all Back‑of‑House (BOH) duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Monitor work intensity and integrity to keep the kitchen operating efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company facility standards.
• Manage raw material usage and batch cooking to minimise waste and support store profitability.

Required profile

• High school graduate; college graduate preferred, especially in culinary studies.
• At least one year of cooking experience is considered an advantage.

Required skills

• Food preparation according to detailed recipes.
• Consistent recipe execution for taste and presentation.
• Food safety compliance and hygiene practices.
• Basic inventory management to control waste.
