Contracting Counsel Specialist

About the role

The Contracting Counsel Specialist will review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contractual agreements in a fast‑paced corporate environment. You will work closely with senior contracting lawyers and internal business partners to ensure transactions are legally sound and commercially advantageous.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and close client transactions independently while aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior contracting lawyers and business stakeholders before negotiations.
• Monitor legal and industry developments and integrate insights into transactional practices.
• Advise executives on legal and risk management matters.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise in areas such as cloud, blockchain security, SaaS, and agile development.
• Contribute to internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge resources.
• Support and promote Accenture Legal initiatives.

Required profile

• LLB or JD (or equivalent) and a valid practicing law license in the Philippines.
• Minimum 2 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, or outsourcing environments.
• At least 1 year of experience negotiating intellectual property and data‑privacy issues.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions independently.
• Strong executive presence and excellent oral and written communication in English and Filipino.
