Content Writer / Content Lead - Knowledge Management

About the role

Sutherland is looking for an experienced Content Lead to oversee its content creation on process documentation and knowledge base development. The role represents the client's voice, develops content strategy, coordinates content projects and keeps content consistent across digital platforms. It sits in the Knowledge Management department.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document clients' existing processes, then build and maintain an accurate, clear and user-friendly knowledge base
• Manage a content management system (CMS) and create materials such as SOPs, FAQs and job aids
• Standardise content style and brand compliance, and run team calibration exercises
• Monitor content performance with analytics tools and report to stakeholders
• Advise clients on knowledge management strategies, act as main point of contact and present project progress
• Contribute to strategic plans and business reviews, including creating slides

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; C1 English is mandatory; a degree in English literature or journalism is an advantage
• At least 3-4 years of experience in content creation and/or content management
• Proven track record of client relationship management and advisory services

Required skills

• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading, with UK/US English and style guides (e.g. Chicago, AP)
• Proficiency in CMS-based software and MS Excel
• Use of analytics tools to measure content performance
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
