Content & SEO Manager (Remote, Day Shift)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a seasoned Content & SEO Manager to lead the creation, execution, and optimisation of content strategies that boost brand presence and drive measurable marketing results. This fully remote, day‑shift position works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact content across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Refine brand messaging, set editorial standards, and ensure consistent tone, style, and quality across all platforms.
• Create and manage editorial calendars for websites, social media, email, video, SEO and other digital assets.
• Monitor content performance using analytics and SEO tools, providing data‑driven insights to improve engagement, traffic, conversions and ROI.
• Optimise content workflows, governance and cross‑functional collaboration to increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure effective repurposing and distribution of content across B2B marketing channels while meeting internal SLAs.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, SEO, analytics and digital teams to launch integrated content campaigns.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI tools and content‑automation solutions to scale production.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, SEO best practices and evolving content strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing or digital marketing with a proven record of delivering measurable business results.
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO, social‑media strategy, CRM, online publications and website launch or relaunch projects.
• Experience working with multicultural B2B teams in advertising, fintech or similar client‑focused industries.
• Successful track record in startup or high‑growth environments, capable of driving business impact.
