Content Review and Tagging Trainer

About the role

The Content Review and Tagging Trainer is responsible for onboarding new hires and upskilling existing staff in product knowledge, processes, and client policies. The role ensures that training content stays current and that trainees achieve certification standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new‑hire training sessions and deliver product, process, and policy instruction.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Assess trainee performance through examinations, nesting evaluations, and QA‑based coaching.
• Monitor trainee progress during nesting periods and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Assurance to identify training gaps and needs.
• Prepare training reports and analyze learning effectiveness.
• Conduct certification, recertification, and refresher programs.
• Support the rollout of new workflows and process changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of training experience in a related environment.
• Experience in content moderation is a plus.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
