Contact Center Transformation Consulting – Genesys

About the role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking outcome‑oriented problem solvers to help global clients transform their contact‑center operations. You will work on high‑pace, complex projects designing, building and implementing Genesys‑based solutions that improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement contact‑center solutions using Genesys Engage/Pure Cloud, Composer, Designer, GAX and related tools.
• Develop multichannel interaction solutions (IVR, web, email, chat, SMS, social media) and orchestrate routing across channels.
• Collaborate with clients to define service strategies, optimize operations and deliver measurable value.
• Deploy and administer Genesys platforms in Fortune 500 environments or leading consulting engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; MBA from a tier‑1 institute is highly desirable.
• 2–6 years of hands‑on experience designing and delivering multichannel self‑service and omni‑channel orchestration solutions on Genesys Engage/Pure Cloud.
• Strong communication skills, innovative thinking and commitment to quality.
