About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of store construction projects. The role involves ensuring that schedules are met, design standards are upheld, and site activities are coordinated efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce construction schedules and quality standards.
- Approve store layout, signage, and design concepts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance.
- Coordinate repair work and resolve on‑site issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to keep projects on track.
Required profile
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a construction company.
- Project management background is an advantage.
- Highly organized, flexible, and results‑oriented.
