Construction Project Manager, EMEA Construction

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of new data centre facilities across the EMEA region. You will own the full construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for new data centre builds and capital projects.
• Interface directly with general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and close‑out phases.
• Lead negotiations, evaluate bids and proposals, and ensure contract compliance.
• Create detailed construction scopes and request‑for‑proposal documents.
• Perform financial analysis, manage change orders, and oversee purchase orders.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning disciplines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in large‑scale data centre or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
