Construction Project Manager – Client Success & Bid Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Construction Project Manager who will serve as the operational backbone for our clients. In this hybrid Client Success and Bid Coordinator role, you will ensure seamless onboarding, clear reporting, and efficient management of commercial bidding timelines for our growing construction consulting business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑sales client kickoff, collect and audit critical documents, and configure new client files in internal systems.
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly operational status reports, take structured meeting minutes, and track follow‑up tasks.
• Maintain the master bidding calendar, monitor RFP/RFQ deadlines, and organize construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Assist in formatting proposals, gathering subcontractor quotes, and completing submission checklists before hard‑bid deadlines.
• Update internal project boards (ClickUp, Trello, HubSpot CRM) and act as the communication link between sales, estimating, and marketing teams.
• Keep standard operating procedures current as workflows evolve.

Required profile

• Direct experience supporting commercial bidding, RFP/RFI tracking, construction administration, or estimating coordination.
• Exceptional verbal and written English with the ability to interact with executives and construction managers.
• Strong multitasking ability to manage detailed spreadsheets and high‑frequency client communications.
