Construction Project Delivery Team Lead

About the role

The Construction Project Delivery Team Lead is responsible for ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery of construction‑related projects across a growing team of delivery specialists. This remote position reports to the Senior Track Manager and works closely with multiple functional leads.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall project quality and schedule, maintaining data accuracy above 95% and delivering reports on time.
• Plan weekly workloads, match team members to projects based on capacity and skill, and update project distribution and capacity trackers.
• Review team outputs, provide structured feedback during QA and daily delivery, and ensure work meets client standards before release.
• Run weekly team meetings and bi‑weekly one‑on‑ones focused on performance and individual development.
• Drive technical development by identifying knowledge gaps, delivering hands‑on guidance, and training the team on platform updates.
• Support long‑term professional growth through goal setting, performance evaluations, and career planning.
• Coordinate process standardisation with TPC, TIC, Config, Mapping and DAPO leads.
• Handle operational tasks such as equipment management, remote‑work requests and leave approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture (preferred).
• Strong construction knowledge and prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Full‑time remote availability with no concurrent freelance or client engagements.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret construction drawings (GA plans, cross‑sections, structural layouts, MEP, fit‑out details).
• Proficiency reviewing client‑facing documents such as markups, redlines, RFIs, comment logs and site observation reports.
• Strong data literacy: cross‑referencing sources, investigating discrepancies and making sound quality judgments.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
