Construction Project Architect/Engineer

About the role

The Construction Project Architect/Engineer will oversee all on‑site construction activities for Height Realty Inc., ensuring that projects meet approved designs, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role coordinates contractors, monitors progress, and maintains accurate site documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Monitor workmanship, site conditions, and progress, escalating significant schedule risks to the Construction Manager.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, tracking manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
• Conduct quality control inspections, identify deficiencies, and oversee corrective actions and punch‑list management.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, documenting site accomplishments, constraints, and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Licensed/registered Civil Engineer or Architect.
• 5–10 years of construction experience with strong site supervision, quality control, and inspection background.
• Proven experience in contractor/subcontractor management and construction coordination.
