Compliance Ethics Counsel

About the role

The Compliance Ethics Counsel will support Accenture's Global Integrity & Financial Crime team, focusing on ethics and compliance risks associated with new ventures, acquisitions and joint ventures. This role involves detailed analysis of contracts, due‑diligence materials and other business records to ensure adherence to trade compliance, anti‑money‑laundering and anti‑corruption standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply Ethics & Compliance principles, identifying, assessing and escalating potential risks.
• Review and analyze contracts, corporate documentation, and due‑diligence materials with strong attention to detail.
• Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professional judgment.
• Collaborate with Legal, Ventures & Acquisitions, Business, Delivery and leadership teams across the globe.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise in compliance areas and act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Support the team lead in delivering services to the global Ethics & Compliance function.
• Assist with due‑diligence for ventures, acquisitions and joint ventures, providing risk assessments and recommendations.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams and build credible relationships.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
