Company Nurse – On‑site Occupational Health

About the role

The Company Nurse is a full‑time, on‑site professional based in Intramuros, providing occupational health services to office staff and seafarers of United Philippine Lines. The role supports health assessments, emergency care, and coordination of medical consultations while promoting workplace safety and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct basic health assessments and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer first aid, emergency care, and basic life support when needed.
• Coordinate medical consultations, referrals, and follow‑up with partner clinics and physicians.
• Support pre‑employment, deployment, and return‑to‑work medical processes for seafarers.
• Monitor and promote employee health and wellness programs.
• Assist in health education activities and ensure compliance with regulatory health standards.
• Collaborate with HR and management on health‑related policies and incident reporting.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid PRC ID and BOSH SO2 certification.
• Highly organized, responsive to emergencies, and strong communicator.
• Strict adherence to medical confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace for clinic inventory and reporting.
• BOSH SO2 certification.
