Company Nurse – Onsite Healthcare Provider

About the role

The Company Nurse at POWERCHINA provides on‑site nursing care to employees in General Santos. This full‑time role involves assessing and treating minor injuries and illnesses, maintaining health records, and supporting occupational health and safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial health assessments and treat minor injuries and illnesses.
• Provide first aid and refer employees to external healthcare providers when necessary.
• Monitor employee health and promote a healthy work environment.
• Maintain accurate medical records and prepare health‑related reports.
• Support occupational health and safety programs, including incident reporting and emergency response.
• Deliver health education sessions and assist with wellness programs.
• Collaborate with safety officers to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Licensed Registered Nurse with valid local registration and current BLS and First Aid certifications.
• Experience in occupational health, corporate/industrial nursing, or clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with staff at all levels.
• Ability to work independently on‑site, manage multiple tasks and exercise sound clinical judgment.
• Familiarity with health promotion, wellness programs and preventive healthcare.
• Comfort with basic office software and electronic health documentation systems.
• Flexibility to support operations, including occasional extended hours during emergencies.
