Company Nurse – Occupational Health

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Company Nurse to join our team at Toyota Marilao. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering primary health care services and supporting the well‑being of our employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic healthcare services and first‑aid treatment to staff.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies on the premises.
• Maintain and organize employee health records and prepare related reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health regulations and occupational safety standards.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• Licensed nurse with an active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
• Proven ability to deliver first aid, primary health care, and medical assistance.
• Experience in managing health records and generating reports.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety standards and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for employee education.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on health‑related matters.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a corporate or occupational health setting is preferred.
