About the role

The Company Nurse is responsible for safeguarding the health and wellbeing of employees within the organization. This role focuses on developing and implementing health strategies that prioritize safety and promote a healthy workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

Promote and maintain employee health through proactive health programs.
Develop and implement workplace health strategies aligned with safety priorities.
Provide direct nursing care, health assessments, and first‑aid response as needed.
Collaborate with management to foster a culture centered on health and safety.
Monitor health trends among staff and recommend preventive measures.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
