About the role
The Company Nurse provides first‑aid and emergency care to employees, conducts health assessments, and supports overall workplace wellbeing. Working closely with management, the nurse helps develop health and safety initiatives and educates staff on wellness topics.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver immediate first‑aid and emergency medical care as needed.
- Perform regular health assessments and monitor employee health status.
- Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with management to design and implement health and safety programs.
- Provide health‑education sessions on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathetic, patient‑focused demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
Required skills
