Company Nurse

About the role

The Company Nurse will lead occupational health services for Evolution Cebu, ensuring compliance with local health regulations and providing prompt medical support to employees.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain 100% compliance with DOLE and OSHS health and medical requirements and submit all required reports on time.
• Provide first aid or medical assessment within 5 minutes of notification for onsite incidents and document all injuries, illnesses, and consultations.
• Monitor and record occupational injuries and illnesses, conduct investigations, and support injury‑prevention initiatives.
• Track employees requiring periodic medical surveillance, coordinate annual physical examinations, and keep confidential medical records with high accuracy.
• Ensure clinic emergency supplies, medicines, and equipment are fully operational and participate in emergency drills.
• Maintain current certifications in First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS) and other required emergency response programs.
• Organize at least one health education or wellness activity each quarter.
