About the role
We are looking for a qualified Company Nurse to oversee medical and health services for our employees within the workplace. The role combines clinical care with administrative duties that support our human resources functions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide primary medical care, first‑aid treatment and health assessments to employees on site.
- Develop and maintain occupational health programs in line with safety regulations.
- Coordinate health‑related documentation, incident reports and employee medical records.
- Collaborate with HR to support wellness initiatives and manage health‑related administrative tasks.
- Conduct health and safety training sessions for staff as required.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
- Completion of at least 16 hours of Basic First Aid training.
- Completion of at least 48 hours of Basic Occupational Safety and Health training.
- Ability to work within a corporate environment and handle confidential health information.
