Company Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Company Nurse to oversee the health and medical services for our employees within the workplace. The role combines clinical care with administrative support to ensure a safe and healthy environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for any medical concerns and help shape health‑related policies in collaboration with HR.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care and first‑aid response to employees on site.
• Develop and monitor occupational health programs and safety protocols.
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with HR on health‑related policies and employee wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
• Minimum 16 hours of Basic First Aid training.
• Minimum 48 hours of Basic Occupational Safety and Health training.
