Company Nurse – Full‑Time, On‑Site in Marikina

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Company Nurse to join our head office in Marikina City. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering medical care, supporting occupational safety, and promoting employee well‑being within a family‑oriented corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic medical care and first‑aid services to employees on site.
• Assist with emergencies, arrange hospital referrals, and manage medical supplies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential health records.
• Coordinate HMO enrollments, removals, and address employee concerns.
• Support Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs and ensure compliance.
• Organize annual physical examinations and health‑related activities.
• Promote wellness initiatives and collaborate with HR on health programs.

Required profile

• Licensed Nurse with at least 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse.
• Experience in OSH or as a Safety Officer is an advantage.
• BOSH certification is a plus.
• Available to start immediately and willing to work on‑site in Marikina City.

Required skills

• First‑aid and basic medical care.
• Medical record keeping.
• BOSH certification (preferred).
• Valid nursing license.
