Company Nurse – Employee Health & Wellness

About the role

Human Nature is seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to lead health and wellness initiatives for its employees. The role focuses on proactive health monitoring, safety compliance, and providing first‑aid support within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver quarterly wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles.
• Identify workplace health hazards and implement control measures.
• Coordinate annual physical examinations with the HMO provider.
• Assist employees with health‑related queries, check‑ups, and HMO concerns.
• Manage medication inventory and provide first‑aid services.
• Audit plant hygiene, cafeteria menu health standards, and maintain the clinic area.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience as a Company Nurse in a manufacturing setting.
• Completed BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training.
• Familiarity with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) documentation requirements.
• Strong computer literacy and customer‑service orientation.
