Company Nurse – Employee Health & Wellness

About the role

The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting employee health and wellness by delivering basic medical care, coordinating healthcare services, and supporting occupational health programs within Lean Solutions Group. This role works closely with Human Resources and Operations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic medical care, first aid, and health assessments for employees with work‑related and non‑work‑related concerns.
• Assist in administering pre‑employment, annual physical, and return‑to‑work medical examinations.
• Monitor employee health issues and recommend appropriate referrals when needed.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee medical records and clinic documentation.
• Support HMO benefit administration, including employee enrollment, coordination, and claims assistance.
• Coordinate with HR on benefits related to SSS, PhilHealth, maternity leave, and other health requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE occupational health and safety regulations and company health policies.
• Monitor clinic supplies, medicines, and equipment to guarantee readiness.
• Help plan and implement wellness initiatives such as vaccination programs, health awareness campaigns, and preventive healthcare activities.
• Promote workplace safety, health awareness, and healthy lifestyle practices among employees.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to employee health, clinic operations, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to support employee well‑being programs.
