Company Nurse – Corporate Healthcare Professional

About the role

Regent Foods Corporation is looking for a qualified Company Nurse to provide comprehensive medical care to its workforce in Pasig City. The role involves delivering immediate health assistance, promoting wellness, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards within a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑aid and emergency medical care to employees experiencing illness or injury.
• Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and monitor overall employee health.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to relevant healthcare regulations.
• Promote a healthy workplace by delivering wellness education and disease‑prevention programs.
• Assist in developing and implementing workplace health and safety policies.
• Participate in emergency response planning and execution.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine nursing license.
• 1–3 years of experience in a corporate, industrial, or similar occupational health setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with staff at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in emergencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• OHNAP certification is a plus.
